How do you access my store?
We send a Shopify collaborator request with only the permissions the task needs — no passwords, no admin handover. You approve it from your dashboard and can revoke access the moment the work's done.
What if I need changes after delivery?
Every task includes one round of revisions, so if something's off after preview, we fix it at no extra cost. Need changes beyond the original scope? We'll quote it upfront — no surprise hours, no creep.
What's not included in flat-rate tasks?
Each task covers exactly what's listed on its page — the setup, install, or build described, nothing padded out. Open-ended or ongoing work (custom dev, campaign management, retainers) isn't bundled in; for that, grab a quote and we'll scope it.
