Themes
A complete, ready-to-launch Shopify theme built on OS 2.0. You get the full theme files, sections and blocks you can customize without code, and a layout optimized for conversion out of the box. One flat price — no subscriptions, no per-feature upsells.
After you check out, you’ll get an email to set up your SuprShops account along with your invoice. Once your payment clears, log in to suprshops.com and download your theme straight from your account. It stays available there for re-download whenever you need it.
Our themes are built on Shopify’s OS 2.0 architecture, so they support app blocks and the standard theme editor that most modern apps rely on. If you need help wiring a specific app in, or want customizations beyond the defaults, that’s a task we can scope separately at a flat rate.
Tasks
Once you buy a task, one of our specialists reaches out to run a quick consultation. We confirm the exact scope and a delivery timeline so there are no surprises, then send you an invoice. Work begins as soon as your payment clears — clear scope, fixed price, defined turnaround.
We’re Shopify Partners, so we request access through a collaborator request. You’ll get a notification in your Shopify admin to approve it, and accepting grants us secure, permission- scoped access without ever sharing your password. We work on an unpublished development theme wherever possible, so your live store stays untouched until you approve the result.
We commit to a specific timeline during your consultation, based on the scope we agree on. Most standard tasks move quickly, and you’ll know your delivery window before any payment is collected — so you’re never left guessing.
Payment & Refunds
We don’t capture payment at checkout. For both themes and tasks, you purchase first, then receive an invoice, and payment is captured when you pay that invoice. For tasks, this happens after your consultation — so you only pay once the scope and timeline are confirmed.
You check out, receive an email to create your SuprShops account along with an invoice, and pay the invoice. After your payment is confirmed, you log in and download your theme. Simple, one-time, flat-rate.
After you purchase, we consult with you to lock down scope and timeline, then send an invoice. You pay the invoice, and we start the work. No retainers, no hourly billing, no open-ended costs.
For tasks, if you’re not satisfied with the work, we offer a 100% refund. Our goal is delivery you’re happy with, and the fixed scope agreed during your consultation is exactly what we hold ourselves to.
